Constructed from 1" OD, Raw Tubing and Raw Pipe Fittings for that Showroom look. Middle bar held with clamps. 3"or 4"wheels included. Locks upon request. Comes apart for easy storage or empty transport.

The base plus the wheels is approximately 8"
